i am looking for information on charles frederick phy, of philadelphia, pa. he and my grandmother-stella laverty, lived there at the time of my mom's birth in 1923. altho i have a lot of information on the laverty side of the family, i can find nothing on my grandfathers family. in 1923, he was 40 years old. i know that he served in wwI and died of effects of mustard gas poisening. any information is appreciated.
