There's one more thing you can do that I just thought of. Compare the handwriting on the back of the picture of the children with all of your other pictures that may be from the same source. You may be able to figure out who wrote on the back, and that person is probably a relative if not a parent of the children. Then go to all those sources that another person wrote to you about and compare the names of the children to people in closely related families.
