Most likely Frank E. Evans photographer
1880 Census, New Mexico: Frank is living with parents father J.G. Evans, also photographer. Per Carl Mautz: Frank worked in East Las Vegas 1881-1887, galleries in NM 1881-1885.
Married Jemima (Mima) Van Etten 1881
Evans & Van Etten gallery 1065 Washington St. Oakland, 1893.
1900 census Frank E. and Jemima Evans and father-in-law Levi Van Etten are living in Oakland.
Then between 1900-1910 the family move to Los Angeles.

You may be able to find more in the city directories.
Hope this helps, Donna
