sHamilton County, Ohio is the location that a John (Phips) Phipps was living when 3 children were born between 1818-1822. I have him still living in Rowan County, NC (marriage Banns) in 1811. My gggrandfather was one of the Three, Tobias, who moved to Spencer County about 1849-1850. His son George married Mattie Bowen.
