My dog in this fight is that there are Phipp's or Barker's most everywhere that some of my ancestors went.
When I missing a John Briant, that make me wonder about who is who with a John Briant Barker near by in Parke Co., IN. Now I have a low level DNA match with the husband of Kendal Phipps 12 markers out of 12 markers
Which I would usually discount, but want to see if they would test for more markers I am tested for Y96.
The sample is listed on Ancestry and I am unable to get answer to my e-mails. John Briant Barker and a Phipps married sisters in the early 1830 in Morgan Co.
My DNA is listed as 6JN52 on Y-search.
