I am trying to find more information on the Phipps family of Alstone Gloucestershire.
Hannah Phipps christened 21 Feb 1720 father Thomas Phipps baptised 18th March 1677 and mother Hannah Wood. Thomas and Hannah were married 1st April 1700.
I have gone a little way furthr on the Phipps side as Thomas's father was George Phipps baptised 1645 to parents Thomas and Sarah.
I have another Phipps connection and this is Joane Phipps who was born c 1634. Joan married Thomas Bloxham 14th November 1655 at Chipping Campden.
I was wondering if anyone else was researching this name and perhaps we could then share notes.
