I am looking for information on a Phinney family that is french Canadian.
Her name is Mary E. Phinney born Feb. 11, 1814 Canada.
She married a Lewis Freeman also french Canadian around 1832 in Vermont.
They had 12 children. On the marriage certificates I have seen on the children they list their mother as Mary Phinney.
But on Mary 's death certificate it lists her father as
Joseph L. Dener/ Denio.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Teena
