Hi Kate.
My name is Scott wheeler and I'm from Bradford county Born in troy Pa and grew up in Canton I have all the history of the Phinney family,Plus I have the Family Reunion Book when they first started holding them from 1917 to up to 1969 I believe this was the last one.After Grandma died they just stopped My Gradmother was Bernice Irene Phinney she was married to Daniel Bergquist .I see Nora was present at the First reunion she was the president and Addie wilbur was the Sec. this was held on Aug 15 1917.give me a call some time and we can talk I have alot of info to much to put on the net it would take me a long time give me your address and I would be more than happy to copy and mail you some of this.Plus i have the complete line going back to 1532 to Jeffery Finney form Lenton Nottinghamshire England.My address is
