Begining at a white Oak Standing by a swamp called Stone Run, from
thence NW by W to a Water Oak Standing in the Great Maple Swam. from
thence S by W 127 Perch. along the Line of a50 acres to a Stake in s'd.
line, thence for a Division Line viz. . S 81°E 37 Perch. N 79° E 18
Perch/ thence SE thro the Middle of the Orchard 20 Deg. 137 Perch. to
the Nursery, thence S 34° E 29 Perch. thence N 50° W 44 Perch. thence
into the Woods N 48° E 67 Perch. to a Black Oak Sapling thence along the
Line of 100 acres N by E 25 Perch. to the Begining Containing 75 Acres
of Land and also one Equal undivided Moiety or half part of 21 acres of
Marsh Joining on Salem Creek Lying & being as afs'd.
The Mortgage Deed Dated the 4th day of February ADom. 1771 and was
Acknowledged the 5th day of Feb'y. next following.
The Principal Sum £100 Proc.. Money Payable the 3rd day of February
ADom. 1773 with Lawful Interest yearly.
