FROM PULASKI-The Hawkinsville Dispatch, of Thursday complains of the heat.
We clip the following, also from the Dispatch:
AN OLD CITIZEN GONE.-Mr. Jas. Phillips died at his residence, in this county, on the 20th ult., in his 83d year. He had been a residence of the county for the last sixty years, was universally respected, and was the oldest inhabitant, as well as the oldest man in the county.
