My line had our "Joel Philips b.SC, moved to Alabama, maybe later to Arkansas" DNA tested, it's a 37/37 match with a Ruble. Any other Phillips have this happen? I just heard today of one other Phillips match like this, the person is probably Joel's brother. The other researcher and I have been hunting for years for a link, and it looks like we've found our smoking gun. There is also the possibility that a Watts line will match. If you've had this odd match, please contact me, we are most likely recent kinfolks.
