Thanks also for the translation and deciphering. I think I'm getting use to spanish handwriting now.
I received 2 other responses from a Spanish genealogy message board and soc.culture.spanish, which I
studied with yours in order to get a better picture of what the document tried
to say. I and my wife look at the priest's handwriting also on other documents
he signed. And it came to me, this is how they do bible translation when
studying ancient manuscripts. Scribes differ when looking at the same document,
and it is the translator's job to decide how to normalize differing manuscripts.
I am not sure if these people are related to me but I have ancestors with these
surnames Dizon and Quizon. My main aim is to apply what you deciphered to the
other records because they follow similar patterns.
These records are also teaching my how to read spanish. I've forgotten my 2 years of spanish study in phils
