Hi Carroll,

Joann or Joanna Philbrick was daughter of Eli Philbrick
and Louisa B. Woods. She appears in the 1870 census for
Thorndike ME as a 10 year old along with her family. Her
family includes a sister Alberta who was 7 years old at the
time. Eli married Louisa B. Woods 27 Aug 1856. She was of Albion ME.
Eli Philbrick had married first Joan Blethen 13 Sept 1835
in Thorndike. The children of this marriage were Albina,
Eunice E., Joseph B. and Edward as listed in the 1850 census
of Thorndike. There may have been others. I don't know what
happened to any of them.
