I have direct lineage to Peter Phifer. He married Margaret Lawson. Margaret was the daughter of Moses and Margaret Gillespie Lawson. Sorry that I don'f have the parents for neither Peter, nor Moses Lawson. I need then very much,
Peter & Margaret stayed in Marshall Co., TN for a time, left many descendants, and wound up in Pintotoc, MS. They prospered there and both are buried in the city cem. at Pontotoc. I have photos of their graves. My g g grandmother,was Sarah Paralee Phifer who married Hugh Alexander Bigham in 1852. Sarah Paralee Phifers parents are Jonah I Sarah Jane (Jincy) McGreggor Phifer, Jonah is son of Peter Phifer.
