Looking for George Phelps born in late 1930 to early 1940. George was the youngest of 4 children. Father was Guy a. Phelps Sr. and mother was Hazel P.(Biggs) Mother died in 1946 or 47. George was fostered or adopted out after his mothers death. My father has passed away but he always wondered what happen to his little brother, another brother has also passed away but his sister is still alive. The family was from California.
