I'm glad that someone posted the fact that these treasures were on eBay. I didn't know that, as I located them, while looking for photos to rescue. This hobby started as a result of someone selling a family bible, (from my FORDHAM) line, on eBay and after missing the end of the auction and having the buyer refuse my offer of double the $$ he paid for it, so I could have it, I decided, if at all possible, I'd try to help get treasures like these back into the hands of family.

I ask only what I paid, plus postage and the cost of a mailer. These lovely treasures came to me for $.99, plus the postage.

Photos taken of this little darling from age 3 months, through a year, are all three months apart. There is also a post card, that looks like he is sitting in the grass, with an older child. While neither are identified, the baby looks enough like James to be James, and I'm assuming he is.

James Otto is found in the 1910 Toledo, OH census with his mother Agnes and father Otto. Also in the census is a brother Arthur P. Pfeifer.
