J B Otwell family, I know his daughter, Elizabeth, married
John F M Pugh. Could not find Isaac, supposedly John's father, near the Otwell's. 1860-1870 Otwell's are neighbors of John and Elizabeth. They had to be at the same place at the same time to meet and marry.
I know there are different ideas maybe even proof but wondering who this family is. Thank you.
