Hi there, I received the package from Malcolm Benn today...thanks for all the info...it would appear that the Louis Peverelle, b. 1842 s/o Luigi Guiseppe Antonio Napoleone could most probably be the one I was looking for...only one problem...in 1851 he is not listed in the family...i noticed Joseph was not there either, were the boys in a school or living with relatives??? I hope that this is my Louis, I can't see how it could not be as my family bible states that Louis Peverelle was born in Birmingham and this would be the only one we have record of there of the right age...anyone have access to anyway to prove this relationship...ie the marriage records of Louis and Sarah Pointon??? they would have married c. 1860-1865... anyways My Louis would go on to marry a Sarah Pointon and have a son Lewis Henry Peverelle b. c. 1865 who then emmigrated to Canada in 1886 and married Julia Ann Doyle there in 1890...i will post my web page once it is updated to include the PEVERELLE's...
