Hi,
I recently corresponded with a Pettus researcher who has researched Stephen Pettus line back to England. After forty years of research the correct generations can't be determined in correct order and he told me it might not ever happen. There are individuals we know Stephen Pettus was kin to England but his correct parents can't be determined. That's a sad thing for his descendants.
