Since I last posted an update on the status of my book, I have been busy reformatting it to achieve uniform styles throughout and to reduce the page count, which drives cost. Those tasks are now complete. Presently, I am going through each chapter file and compiling a database of unresolved problems, such as missing source citations and photo credits, so I can see how much more work remains to be accomplished. The major outstanding task is now to create an index.
