I need information on an elusive Plemmons woman. Her first name is report as either Merriah or Elizabeth. She was married or lived with three men. Her first husband was a man with the surname of Williams. They had three children. The children were 1) "Maggie" Williams (Birth date unknown but born in Marion, NC, died 1903 of typhoid fever. Possible married to a man with the surname of Jones) 2) Ben Williams (Birth date unknown. Died 1953. He Married Levita Taylor) 3) William Arthur Williams ( b - 23 Nov 1898 Possibly in McDowell County, NC. D 12 Oct 1983 in Buncombe County, NC. He Married Alma Smith)
Merriah Elizabeth Plemmons also married John M. Pettit and Will Devore.
I have no additional information Ms. Plemmons and will appreciate any information that might be floating around out there.
