Jim,

I saw your post on http://genforum.genealogy.com/pettipas/messages/195.html regarding the Rev. F. J. Melanson book on the Pettipaws. I would be interested in getting a copy of the book if it has information regarding the Pettipaws that I am researching. Would you please tell me how to get a copy, if you are still online.

If you have the book, would you please tell me if it lists Henry/Harry P. Pettipaw (b. either March 1868, 1870, or 1871 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, depending on which Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts federal census you are looking at 1900, 1910, or 1920. He married Effie __?__ (b. either 1871, 1872, or 1874 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, also depending on the Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts federal census you are looking at). I read online that Effie can be a nickname for Evelyn or Euphemia.

Lee Anne Center
