I may have a match with your Andrew Petro. My grandfather's sister, Winnifred Knoph, married an Andrew Petro between 1910-1920. I have them living in her father's home on the 1920 Seattle, King Co., Washington census. Andrew is listed as age 26 (b. about 1894, Kentucky). He lists his father's birthplace as Hungary, Germany.
King County is very limited in on-line data available due to the volume of Seattle's population, so unfortunately, that is all I can offer.
