I found out the spelling of my Grandmother Anna's last name. It's Kachman, according to Ellis Island records. They both came through there separately, and ended up meeting in Minneapolis, MN. I just know that Anna's brother came to America too, and his wife and family lived on the same block that Anna and Tomas did. My Dad told me that we had some relatives he didn't know in Pennsylvania. Also, that when he was stationed in Indiana, during the Korean War, there were tons of "Petros" who lived there.
