I purchased the subject undated studio portrait of a young man printed as a RPPC (Real Photo Postcard) (not postally used), identified on the back:
"Earl Peterson
Aunt Minnie
(Neighbor of Barringers)"
I assume his wife was named Minnie.
There is no studio name or location.
Three possible matches I found on ancestry.com are:
--Earl Peterson, b. 10 Jun 1901 in IL, d. 25 Sep 1975 in IL, married Minnie Ethel Oloman
--Earl Peterson, b. about 1902 in IL, married Minnie (maiden name unknown)
--Earl Eugene Peterson, b. 24 Jan 1911, d. 9 Sep 1999 in OR, married Minnie Lucille Trendle
