Hi,
I don't know if this is your Albert Peterson, but my Albert Peterson was born in 1898 ( not sure where) You see we think that my grandmother was raped and maybe at the time his birth was not documented because my grandfather gave Albert his last name of Peterson.
When my grandfather and grandmother were married Albert was about 6 yrs old.
they lived in Boone, iowa and when Albert was about 18 , he left to go west and ended up in in Okla. where he worked at a canning factory for about 1 year and then had his own metal welding shop in Bartlesville , Okla. before he died in 1934 of Peunmonia at the age of 35.
The only marriage that we know of was to Mae Gephart , but he could have been married before that since he was only in Okla. for about 2 or 3 years before he died and he was only married for a short time before he died.
He is buried with Mae in Exeter cemetery in Exeter Nebra. because there
is where she was from and her family of Gebharts are buried there too.
he died at his home in Bartleville, Okla.
On the 1910 census for Boone, iowa, Albert was listed as 11.
I don't know if this is your Albert, but it could be possible.
