Hello, I posted this in reply to an old message...just wanted to repost as new message as well. I am looking to possibly get in touch with my father's side of the family and find out more info about my long lost aunts/uncles/cousins! My father is Daniel Douglas Peterman - birthday is Feb 27 (I think...my parents separated when I was a child). Anyways...I looked at the page for John Lyle Peterman (married to Celestine) and it looks like this is definitely my father's side of the family based on what my mother has told me. I think John Lyle Peterman remarried for a short time and had a son who is probably around 37/38 years old in Colorado....a few years older than me. I remember my mother telling me that my father had a sister who died from cancer or something like that. I 'think' John Lyle Peterman worked for Boeing and/or possibly taught or worked at a university in Washington (maybe Montana).
Anyways.....I am very interested in finding out more about John Lyle Peterman's family to see if we are actually related....so if there is anyone out there who wants to talk to me more about this, I would love to chat and share my information with you!!
