I have 1. Thomas Edmund PALLANT born 1876, 2. Emaquita Maria PALLANT born 1878 and 3. (Dr.)Santiago Luis PALLANT born 1880 all born Peru of a Peruanian mother but(British subjects as father Thomas was British)and the children were taken to England in 1881 for English education. Returned to Peru several times as shown on Ship lists passing through New York or Panama. Any help or redirection as to how to obtain birth certificates for these persons or locating any PALLANT surnames on Peruanian records most appreciated.
