Hi.
You wouldn't happen to know if this particular Joseph had a daughter named Emily?
I'm looking for Emily Person, born in possibly 1813, and died in 1836, in Carroll, MS. She married David Anderson Kerr, and had two children before she died.
I know that later, after her husband and two children moved to Texas, there was some sort of inheritence, possibly in the form of slaves. Her children were Sarah Adaline Kerr, and James Marion Kerr.
Perhaps her father Joseph left something to her children?
Any help locating more info on Emily or her branch of the PERSON family would be appreciated.
