I am looking for descendants of Capt. David Perry, who memoir "Recollections of an old soldier: the Life of Capt. David Perry, a soldier in the French and Revolutionary Wars" was published in 1822 at Windsor, VT. David Perry and his wife Anna Bliss were both in Rehoboth, Massachusetts (1741). His first 5 children - Sarah, Sylvanus, Anna, David, Lucy, Mary (or Polly), and - were born in Killingly, Connecticut; his last 2 - Hannah, and Nathaniel Green Perry - were born in Plainfield, New Hampshire. He moved to Chelsea, Vermont in 1797 where , and then to Ira, Vermont shortly before his death in 1826. His wrote his book in 1819 as an inheritance for his posterity. It is unknown to many of them. I am of Sarah [Perry] Bingham's line, David's oldest child. I would like to find out what happened to his other children and share information (especially his "Recollections" with his descendants. If you have information, please help!
