I am trying to locate any descendants of Guy L. Maddox who died in Winnsboro, TX in 1986. I know I'm going the long way around on this but I believe he may have had a Daughter who married a Perritt. Her name would be "Christine." According to Guy's obituary he was survived by a daughter, Mrs. Christine Perritt, four grandchildren and four g grandchildren.
Guy Maddox was born in Campbell county, GA in the 1890's the s/o James E. Maddox and Mary Oleana Cochran. Not long after his birth James and Mary moved to Texas. Mary died in the early 1900's and is buried in Cox Cemetery somewhere in the vicinity of Canton TX and Martin Mill TX in Van Zandt county.
Mary Oleana Cochran was the half sister to my father. I have a lot of family history that I would like to share with Guy's descendants and hopefully they have some to share with me. I have pictures of Henry N. Cochran, Mary's father, and of her brother Edgar L. Cochran as well as Henry's personal diary and biography. If anyone can put me in touch with this family I would really appreciate it.
