Any one have information on Ada L. Perrigo who resided at Old Orchard Beach, Maine in 1916. She adopted my Father, John Whipple in 1916 and changed his name to Woodrow Wilson Perrigo. My fatheer was placed in a foster home about four years later. We do not know a thing about this lady. The adoption papers show she was a single woman.
Any information will be greatly appricated.
