I would really like to read a copy of this book. Borrowing and purchasing are the means I'm willing to use at the moment. Can anyone help me with a copy or tell me of a library or bookshop which stocks it? I live in Brisbane, Queensland, in Australia, and am eagerly anticipating a reply.
