Nicolas Perrot - Pierre Perrot

I am descended from both (Nicolas Perrot, Madeleine Raclot) and (Pierre Perrot, Genevieve Duclos). I see from searching the Web that some people have them as brothers, children of Francois Perrot and Marie Sirot, but, although the chronolgy seems right, I have not seen any conclusive evidence. The PRDH data base has Pierre of "unknown origin", and there seems to be no record of his marriage to Genevieve Duclos, which would have documented his place of origin.

Is there any research anywhere that actually links the two?
