I believe Mary Elizabeth Marsh b. c1869; m. Perry W. Perkins is the sister of my grandmother Laura Jane Marsh b. c1866; m. William O. Sparkman; d. 1932 Columbia Co., FL.
Laura, and Mary E. had two other sisters (!)Allie m J.M.Mason and (2) "Cilia" m. ? Justice.
I believe their mother was Druscilla Emley Jane Gilley who m. (1) Marsh (2) David Scott. Her parents were James Gilley and "Citie" Bass. At one time they were in Dale Co., AL and later I find Druscilla
in Suwannee Co., FL.
I have been unsuccessful in my research trying to learn the father of these girls. I can find no death records in AL., and when finding the family in Suwannee Co, there is no father.....only mother and her daughters. I find them living near Druscilla Emley Jane's sister Susan and her husband John Murphy.
