I am searching for Mary Louise Perkins, born circa 1840, married to Jeptha Vining Harris March 5, 1861 in Lowndes Co., MS. I have found a "Mary Perkins" of a similar age in the household of Calvin Perkins of Lowndes Co., MS. in the 1850 and 1860 census. This Calvin Perkins was born in South Carolina, and appears to have moved to Mississippi around 1840, based on the states of the children's births indicated in the census records.
