Just a reminder about the Parkins/Perkins Y DNA study for any male
named Parkins or Perkins or other variant spellings.
We have received another 25 marker test result for a descendant of
Richard Parkins/Perkins of Maryland. We understand that this result
matches 11 of 12 for another of Richard's descendant's 12 marker test.
We need another person who descends from Richard to test so we
can verify the DNA signature for Richard Parkins/Perkins. We are
awaiting an additional 5 test results. The current results, the cost to
participate, and further info are on the web page at
