I just remembered that there was a Fugere family in Iron Mountain in the 1930-1950 period. All I know about them is that they owned a shoe store. Regarding the rink in Iron Mountain, I do not know who owned it, but there was a roller skating rink. There were no ice skating rinks. All ice skating was done outdoors, on natural ice. The site is not very active, but I suggest you might want to post a query on the Dickinson County GenWeb site. If you put enough queries out there, you will get responses. John G.
