Hi Kris, I don't know much about this Victor Perham. I foound him in Leeds,Columbia county, Wi in the 1960 census. Said he was born in NY. Then I checked the Ia. marriage records and saw my GGGrandma Cox had married a Victor Perham, but couldn't find them in any other census together. I found her in MN. in the 1880 with her Cox name again.He had 2 children in the Wi. census. He was married to a Matilda and had 2 kids, emogene- 18 and eugene-15. Also saw he bought land in Mn.in Fairibult county. I have most of this info if you want it emailed. What do you have on him?
