I always assumed that my grandfather's stepmother died in 1955 and the farm she lived on was sold, being what was left of the original farm.This farm was on Westford street at the top of Dalton Road. I stone marker with "Perham" is in the intersection. I found a forum site that list a Ester Perham sold the original farm in 1954 for route 495. Can someone set me straight on this?
