Sunberry was the executor of the settlement of the will of John Pepper Sr. He didn't carry out his duties because he died. Green W. Smith took over as executor. Sunberry may have been a nephew or much younger brother of John Pepper Sr.? C. D. Davis collected $50.00 from Green W. Smith for professional services due Sunberry Pepper from the John Pepper estate. The grandchildren that collected money from the estate of John Pepper Sr. don't appear to be the children of Sunberry.
