Looking for Peoples in TX , OK in early 1900s

I am helping a gal locate her fathers family. We are looking for William F. & Lucile Peoples ancestors. He was on the 1920 TX census. And his 7 year old son is the line we are trying to work on. But if this is him, she would love to make contact with any and all relatives to this line. Maurice W. Peoples married Roberta Bennett Pope in OK. They had two daughters, Patricia Katheryn Peoples and Julia Ann Peoples. Then for some reason Roberta left. We don't know why. But she was pregnant with twin girls and she and her mother moved to WA state. The girls were put up for adoption. Her birth mom is now deceased and the twins have got the adoption records. They were named Peoples, and they knew her husband had been Maurice, but they were listed as born out of wedlock. The twins would love to make connections with living relatives. They are in their 50s now. And would just like to find out for sure who their family is.
Thanks for any help. You can email me direct at tdfarm@starband.net if you think you might be able to help.
We suspect that the other children have no idea they have sisters. There is a tree for Roberta Pope but it doesn't show the twins. It also doesn't give any way to contact the submitter!
Thanks again!
