The wife's name isn't real clear but it looks like Josephine. Yes, wife of James Penrod. I'm really not interested in this couple per se just their relationship to Mary Foster. Is she part of their family in some way? Is Foster her maiden name or a married name? This is what I'm looking for to begin with. I know nothing more about James & Josephine Penrod otherwise.
