I recently acquired a 1894 Court journal from Chester County PA. Mentioned in one of the cases is Charles H. Pennypacker, an attorney. I am interested in knowing more about him. I also acquired a Samuel Pennypacker for Governor election ribbon and wonder if the two were related.
