My grandmother's brother went by the name Smith Pennington. I just recently discovered his real name was David Smith Pennington. He was born January 24, 1893 in Ashe County, Laurel Township, North Carolina. He died January 28, 1968. I don't know where he moved to or where he died. Most of his family moved to Lincoln County, Waynesburg Kentucky around 1926. I am not sure if he went. I know a lot about the rest of his family, but not much about him. He was possibly married at one time to a Carrie Osborne.
