My father was Victor Layette Penney b.7-11-1910/d.12-6-95, he was born in Soddy Daisy,Tn. His father was Will Penney/wife Alice Bell Higgins, his siblings were Roy, Kenneth, Reba (Bean) Sarah Jane and Berlie. My great grandfather was James Thomas Penney b.7-4-1851 d. 3-12-1925 married Mary Jane Mysinger, his father was Washburn Penney. I hope that there is some relation here. I am just getting started with my research and any help would be appreciated.
