I am looking for any info about my greatgrand father, Gerhard Penner who was the Gebiets Schreiber of the Chortitz Colony in Russia from 1830 to 1845. His Wife's name was Elizabeth Eitzen. The had a son by name Gerhard who was resident in the village of Schoenwiese, Chortitz Colony in 1918. Schoenwiese is today a part of the city of Zaporzhy in the Ukraine.
