William Lee 'Billy' Penley, 31, of Blountville, Sullivan
Co TN, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2009.
He had lived in Blountville for most of his life and was a
Chef for Ruby Tuesday's in Knoxville, TN. He was of the
Baptist faith.
He was the son of Lee Alan Penley and Billie Jean McKamey
Penley.
Surviving are parents, Lee and Jeanie Penley; sisters,
Keesha Phillips and husband Charlie, and Jennifer Koontz
and husband James; brother, Brian Penley and wife Tammy;
nephews, Brayden Phillips, Gaven Phillips, and Weston
Koontz; niece, Riley Penley; and special friend, Stephanie
Walker and daughter Laelah.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., prior
to the service.
A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m., on Tuesday,
December 15, 2009, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Bobby Krtausch officiating.
