Martha's children per census records:

Martha V. born 1855
Elizabeth J. 1857
William H. 1858
John Leander 1861
Y? G.(female)1863
Hetta A. 1865
David* 1867
Delia* 1867
Calley 1870
Jas. A. 1872
Kitty 1873

* David is listed on 1870 census age 3 male, no Delia; then in 1880 Delia is listed as dau.age 13 no David. Not sure what's up with that.

Martha's siblings per census:
John A. Pendergrass 1837
Susanna A. 1841
Margaret R. 1843
Louisa 1846
Elisa A. 1848
Calfornia 1850
Roxanna 1852
Elassfine?? 1859

Martha & John A. Baldwin are still alive in Macon Co. N.C. in 1900 census with 2 grandchildren living with them, not sure of last name, it appears to be Wishon. Gr.dau. Birthy J. b. July 1889, Gr.son Gr_____ C. b.July 1892.

1900 census says they have been married 50 years, she is mother of 11/10 still living. John Baldwin was a boot & shoe maker.1870,1880 & 1900 census he goes by Alex & Alexander Baldwin.

I am not related to this Pendergrass family as far as I know yet, this is just what I have found. If I can get to Genealogy Center I will check for cemetery records books.
