Hannah Williams was the mother of Leven Victor, Lewis and Lydia Ivey. She is deposed as the sister of Bathsheba Ironmonger, wife of Reuben Ironmonger, on the Indian CD you just ordered. Hannah and Bathsheba are deposed as Indians.
My ancestor is John W. Williams, who married Sabry Jones. John is the father of a son named John Leven and one named Lewis. He is, also, the father of my great grandfather Seaborn Isaac Williams, who married Isabel Taylor. The names Theophilus, John and Isaac run in one family that originated in Virginia, then were in Bertie, N.C., which is where we are trying to connect the Williams. It would be wonderful if you had more information on Hannah....?
Isabell was the daughter of Frederick Taylor, whose father was Joseph Taylor, of Orangeburg. We have long suspected that John was his father, however, he might have been the son of James.
This does sound like a connection somehow. What do you think?
